Killian Kirrane is Managing Director of Customised IT Solutions Ltd. Killian has an honours degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University.

Killian is a Chartered Accountant and has many years experience in all aspects of financial and management accounting. He is also Herbst Insight software specialist and often assists clients with setting up their accounting structure in a manner that would meet their management reporting requirements and fulfil regulatory requirements.

Deirdre Seymour is a Herbst Software Product Specialist with over 7 years experience in support of Herbst software products.

Deirdre was instrumental in the development and rollout of the Herbst Insight for Texoil. Other than Oil, Deirdre has experience in Haulage, Distribution and the sports industry. Experience in the support of handheld devices that use Windows mobile version 5 & 6.

Jenny Grant is a Herbst Software Product Specialist with over 10 years experience in her field. She previously worked directly for Herbst Software in a Support capacity and has indepth knowledge of each of Herbst Software’s products through troubleshooting & implementation of the products within different industry sectors.

This varied ‘hands-on’ experience using accounting software in business places Jenny in a strong position to offer practical Customer Support and training.

Linda Galvin is a Herbst Software Product Specialist and joined Customised IT Solutions three years ago. Linda has over five years experience supporting numerous Financial Software Products.

Linda has a wide background in accounts and has strong end-user experience in industries such as Motor Industry, Hotel Industry and Software Developement Companies. Linda specialises in Herbst Insight PDA implementation and training, Payroll Software and General Herbst queries.
